Following TCEQ’s adoption of the new Chapter 334 rules requiring UST owners and operators of underground strange tanks to complete an approved training course, TFFA (prev TPCA) began working with 360training and TAIT to create a best in class UST Operator Training solution for the petroleum marketing and convenience store industries. This UST Operator Training course was the first Approved Operator Training in Texas.

As the August 8, 2012 deadline approaches, more and more companies are registering for Classroom UST Operator Training sessions. As there is a minimum of 20 and maximum of 30 students per class, smaller groups are encouraged to register and take the online course.
The Online UST Operator Training is specific to the TCEQ’s regulations for Texas and consists of 8 lessons with a 5-question quiz over the material at the end of each section. The quizzes may be repeated for a passing score, and lessons may be Reviewed again if needed. With successful completion of the quizzes, students will be able to immediately print their TCEQ Certificate of Completion.
